Cosami was founded in 1964 with the objective of aiming its products towards the hotel and catering industry. Important investments were made during the second generation of owners, expanding activity to the manufacture of sauces while continuing with canned vegetables in industrial formats.
Its privileged location in the middle of the Ebro Valley makes it possible to select the most exquisite produce offered by this region, given the proximity to the crops cultivated and commissioned by Cosami. We check the quality of our produce with constant and varied controls thus enabling us to offer, at all times, homogeneity of the final product which we place in our customers' hands.
Over the years we have introduced modern manufacturing systems and the latest generation canning, with both rigid and flexible containers, incorporating the food safety which this sector demands. We have a tracking system which informs us of the origin of the produce, the processes applied and the final destination of the merchandise.
In Cosami we take our Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously and cooperate every year in the community through specific social projects to which part of the profits generated are assigned.
